Sister Library The West Bloomfield Township Public Library, as part of the Sister Libraries Program was paired with its sister library Higashiura Public Library in Awaji City, Japan in 1999. The collection features various artworks and gifts from our sister library and reflects the special relationship that has developed between our two libraries.
