Newsletter Spotlight

Looking for ways to extend the learning and fun that takes place during
your child's library visits?  Pick up one of Youth Services' colorful
"Do this @ home" activity sheets.

Take home ideas for sensory, pre-math and literacy activities that are
simple, fun, and build skills that are developmentally appropriate for
babies, toddlers, preschoolers, or early elementary children.

The four sheets - "Just for Me When I'm Zero to Three," "Play Is A Child's Work," "Get Your Child Off to a Great Start!" and "Choosing Appropriate Reading Materials and Activities for Your Beginning Reader" - are displayed throughout the Youth Services area. Continue the learning and fun at home with one or all four of these sheets!
