Literacy and English as a Second Language (ESL)

The West Bloomfield Township Public Library offers a wide array of ESL and literacy information, resources and programs. The Literacy Center, located at the Main Library, houses many books, magazines and newspapers, and videos to assist literacy and ESL students and tutors.
