Application

To apply for a library card, follow these four easy steps.

Make a choice below and click the appropriate button.
Fill out the application form that follows.
Read about your privileges and responsibilities and agree to them.
Allow 24 hours Monday-Friday (or 72 hours Saturday-Sunday-holiday) to pass and present identification at the Main or Westacres branch.

Step 1

	I am a resident of West Bloomfield, or own property in West Bloomfield.
	I am a resident of, or own property in, Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake or Sylvan Lake.
	I am a member of a TLN (The Library Network) library with reciprocal borrowing privileges. (Even though Ann Arbor District Library is a member of TLN, Ann Arbor residents currently do not have reciprocal borrowing privileges. Although Troy Public Library is not a member of TLN, residents of Troy have reciprocal borrowing privileges.)
	I work in West Bloomfield, Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake or Sylvan Lake, but do not live in any of these communities.
	I am a student at Orchard Lake St. Mary's.
	I have a Michigan library card with a Michicard sticker.
	I have lost my library card.
	I am a teacher at a school in West Bloomfield and would like a card for school use only.
	I am homebound, or I would like a card for my day care, preschool, extended care, nursing or senior care facility.
	I don't qualify for any of the above, but I would really like to be a patron of the West Bloomfield Library.
