Check My Account

1. Click on the My Account button above and log in.
2. You will see the list of item you have checked out.
   • Use the links under your address to display your items on hold, fines and fees (Note: if any of these links do not appear, it is because you do not have any holds or fines).
   • Use the Change Notice Options button to change or add your email address to receive courtesy notices.
   • Note: if you click the Start Over button, you will be logged out.

Be sure to Log Out when you are finished, especially if you are using a public computer.

Check By Phone

1. Have your library card number ready and call 248-232-2210.
2. Follow the prompts to access your library card account then choose from one of the following options:
   • Renew materials. At this time, overdue titles cannot be renewed by phone. Titles on a waiting list cannot be renewed. 1-Day loan videos and DVDs cannot be renewed.
   • Hear a list of checked out titles and their due dates.
   • Hear a list of requested titles on hold.
   • Hear a list of any outstanding fee or fine information.
