Programs
Some summer programs require registration. Registration opens up one week before the program date. Please check program descriptions for registration details. Registered programs are limited to West Bloomfield and contract community residents (Orchard Lake, Keego Harbor and Sylvan Lake). Non-resident students and their siblings enrolled in West Bloomfield School District and students of Keith or Pleasant Lake elementary schools of the Walled Lake School District or Lone Pine Elementary or West Hills Middle School of the Bloomfield Hills School District with a library card in good standing from their home library must be registered for Summer Reading prior to signing up for special programming at the Library. Group registrations are not accepted. The Library reserves the right to limit the number of registrants to ensure a quality program. If you require special hearing equipment or a sign language interpreter for any program, please contact the Main Library at least one week prior to the program. In the Library’s continued effort to be a part of the community, some Summer Reading programs will be held at other sites throughout the community.

To register for Programs, visit the Library's Event Calendar.

SMILE! images appear in the Library’s newsletter, local newspapers, brochures, on the Library’s website or in other promotional materials. If you do not wish images to be published, please notify a member of the Library staff before the start of the program.
