State of Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency - Problem Resolution Office

The Problem Resolution Office is open weekdays from 7am-4pm to meet with a UIA staff person to help resolve customer problems. The office is located at 33523 W. 8 Mile Rd, between Farmington and Halstead/Newburgh Roads.


New UIA Webcasts are now available for assisting unemployed workers. These webcasts, called UI Tube, inform customers about Agency programs and services, and can be used as guides and tutorials through the claim filing process. Webcasts cover information about registering for work at a MWA office, contacting MARVIN, benefits extension, payment options, Trade Readjustment Allowance (TRA) and the appeals process. Check back frequently for additional topics.
