The Norma Jean and Donald Van Every Scholarship was established to recognize students attending Laker Academy, in West Bloomfield, who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership and who volunteer their time within the community.

Scholarship Winner

Student, Latrell Bell, received Norma Jean and Donald Van Every Scholarship from the Optimist Club of West Bloomfield.
He also received a proclamation from Oakland County Commissioners Shelley Goodman Taub and Marcia Gershenson.
